TEKNOS SILOKSAN FACADE MASONRY PAINT

SILOKSAN FACADE is a water-borne, permeable, water-repellent and highly breathable masonry paint based on silicone emulsion. It will withstand harsh climates, UV rays and heat. The surface of the paint film repels water, protecting the mineral structure, whilst being breathable to permit the normal movement of structural moisture. This allow moisture vapour to escape, helping to prevent mould and damp from occurring inside. The paint is light and easy to apply, and evens out well. Suitable for brickwork, plaster, lime render, concrete and mineral composite panels. 

No separate primer required when you mix with Siloksan Gel, simply add 1 litre of Siloksan Gel to 9 Litres of Siloksan Facade and stir thoroughly.

Due to varying screen resolutions colour swatches can appear slightly different on screen so we always recommend purchasing a sample pot first if colour accuracy is critical. Lighting in the home can also affect how colours appear, so testers can also show how the colour is affected by it's surroundings.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure the correct colour is ordered at the time of purchase.
