Shipping policy

• A Free click and collect service is available from our store location in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire. Orders are to be placed online and you will be notified when your order is ready to collect. Orders are usually ready to collect on the same day the order is placed or within 24 hours. 
• Orders can be collected anytime between 7am and 5pm Monday to Friday, or 8am - 12pm (Midday) on Saturdays.

Same Day Local Delivery

Online orders within 15 miles of our store location can usually be delivered on the same day if required. For details please contact our team.

1. Delivery methods & Carriers

To ensure the secure and timely delivery of your order, we partner with reputable shipping carriers such as DPD, Fedex, UPS and other similar. The shipping method used may vary depending on the destination, size, and weight of the package. We offer standard shipping and express shipping which will be displayed during the checkout process. Please note that the availability of specific shipping methods may be subject to your location.

Our team strives to efficiently process and ship orders in a timely manner. Typically, it takes 1-2 business days to process orders from the date of purchase. However, during peak seasons or promotional periods, there may be a slight delay in processing times. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.

3. Shipping Time & Delivery

Our standard delivery generally takes between 2-3 business days and express delivery is generally 1-2 business days. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on factors beyond our control, such as processing or unforeseen delays.

• Tracking: Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email or through your account dashboard (if applicable). You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

 

• Delivery Attempts: Our shipping carriers will attempt delivery to the provided shipping address. If no one is available to receive the package, they may leave a delivery notification or attempt re-delivery. Please follow the carrier's instructions or contact them directly to arrange for alternative delivery options.

 

• Undeliverable Packages: If a package is deemed undeliverable or if delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, it may be returned to us. In such cases, please contact our customer service team to arrange for re-shipment or a refund (subject to our Returns Policy).
