Specialist wallpaper liners are designed to address specific wall conditions or create unique effects. These include thermal liners for added insulation, damp-proof liners for damp walls, and magnetic liners to create a magnetic surface. All these liners must be cross lined with Wallrock fibre liner before decoration.
