Blockade White Shellac Sealer Primer provides excellent adhesion to almost all interior surfaces such as previously coated and new wood, plaster, drywall, porous wallcoverings, and requires minimal preparation before use.

Blockade is quick drying, saving time on jobs that require multiple coats or to be quickly overcoated with emulsion. The pure shellac base permanently blocks stains such as nicotine, water stains, smoke and fire damage, and odours, as well as covering even the darkest of colours.

Recommended for application to interior ceilings, walls, doors, trim, cabinets, furniture, varnished and related paintable surfaces. Exterior uses are limited to spot priming only. May be used to block knots, grease, rust, asphalt, graffiti, and many other types of stains.
