QTech ToughFlow 3/16" HP Airless Paint Spray Hose Assembly

The QTech ToughFlow HP airless hose in 3/16 inch diameter is a high-performance, durable hose designed to maximise the results of airless paint sprayers. It is an industrial grade hose that is commonly supplied with QTech airless sprayers such as iQ Series 3 (iQ3), QT190 and QT190 Plus but is also compatible with most other major brands.

This smaller diameter hose is specifically designed for applications where a finer, more precise finish is required. It is an excellent choice for a variety of tasks, including spraying fine finishes, trim paints and other detail work. 

High Performance and Durability - The hose is engineered for high performance and a long service life. Its contraction is designed to withstand the rigors of professional use. 

Superior Flexibility - A standout feature of the ToughFlow hose is its exceptional flexibility. It has minimal recoil memory meaning it resists coiling back up and is easy to maneuver, even under maximum pressure. The flexibility helps to reduce user fatigue and allows greater reach and control.

Abrasion Resistance - The hose's cover is made from a pin pricked, anti abrasion polyurethane which provides excellent protection against scuffs and damage from being dragged across surfaces and job sites.

Textile Braided Reinforcement - The reinforcement of the hose core consists of two layers of braided polyester, which provides strength and flexibility. The hose also includes a conductive material and a friction layer for added safety and performance.

Temperature Range - It is designed to perform in a wide range of temperatures, from -40 degrees Celsius to + 86 degrees Celsius, making it suitable to variety of working environments.
