QTech Aluminium Tip Extensions are designed to be used with airless paint sprayers to give users extra reach for spraying hard to access areas and improve overall spraying ergonomics.
Construction - The tip extension is made from a lightweight, strong, high-grade aluminium forging. This material choice is intended to reduce operator strain during use, especially on larger projects.
Design - A distinctive feature is its unique tapered barrel. This design element is to improve control while spraying and can lead to a reduction in paint usage.
Compatibility - The extension is designed to be highly compatible with most airless spray guns. It features a 7/8" thread, which is a standard size, allowing it to be used with any 7/8" tip and guard combination.
Functionality - By providing extra reach, the extension is ideal for spraying high ceilings, soffits and other elevated areas. It also helps to reduce back fatigue when spraying floors, decks and other low surfaces. An additional benefit of moving the spray head away from the user is that it helps keep both the operator and their equipment clean.
Maximum Working Pressure (MWP) - The extension is rated for a maximum working pressure of 290 bar / 4200 psi
