MACPHERSON CONTRACT MATT EMULSION BRILLIANT WHITE

Made by Crown Paints, Macpherson Contract Matt is a highly-opaque obliterating emulsion that has been specially developed for use on new and refurbished plaster. Using a good-quality water-based formulation, this matt emulsion allows surfaces to dry swiftly and thoroughly for professional results without delay.
