Bedec Barn Paint is a highly versatile, water-based acrylic paint specifically designed for the protection and aesthetic enhancement of exterior buildings and structures. Originally formulated for restoration work on barns in Essex, it has become a popular choice due to its impressive durability and wide range of applications.

Multi-Surface Application: It can be applied to a diverse range of substrates, including wood, OSB board, all metals (even weathered galvanised steel without a primer), plastic, UPVC, concrete, brick, masonry, render, fibreglass, lead, asbestos and various types of cladding including weathered plastisol and galvanised. It's also notable for its ability to be applied over previously painted surfaces, including those coated with weathered bitumen, tar varnish, or creosote.

This acrylic system is a tough, durable microporous protective coating with excellent colour retention. It will flex with the substrate and exhibits reduced flaking and blistering. Two or three coats can be applied quickly within one day, especially during the summer months.
