TIMBABUILD EHB60 1:1 EPOXIDHARZ HIGH BUILD

Timbabuild® EHB60 is a premium two-part epoxy wood filler with a simple 1:1 mixing ratio, formulated as a solvent-free, thixotropic compound. Purpose-built for substantial repairs to timber affected by damage and rot, it performs reliably on both horizontal and vertical surfaces whilst simultaneously treating the wood to inhibit future decay.

EHB60 delivers exceptional strength and impact resistance, and is ready to paint in just 4 hours at 20-35ºC. The innovative side-by-side cartridge system with custom extrusion tool ensures precise, consistent application. Once hardened, it can be machined, drilled and accepts nails, screws etc with ease.

The advanced non-slump formulation excels at seamlessly restoring substantial wood sections in windows, doors, beams, gutters, soffits and fascias. Backed by a minimum 24-month shelf life for reliable storage and use. EHB60 Professional is coatable with most decorative wood finishes. The special ‘non-slump’ formula allows it to seamlessly replace large sections of wood in applications such as windows, doors, beams, gutters, soffits and fascia’s. For best results use along side Timbabuild EWS stabiliser primer.

EHB60 is supplied in a specially designed side-by-side cartridge that fits into a custom made extrusion tool, accurately dispensing the material.
